VC: Improve compatibility between the radar placement fix and plugin-sdk

plugin-sdk had to reimplement an inlined
CRadar::TransformRadarPointToScreenSpace, so we need to patch
a stock global variable so this reimplementation can be aware
of our fixes.

Fixes #43
