65c50aba9c add commented-out option to bypass ad-maven with bypass.city 
Not really switching now because at the moment, adbypass.eu seems to work faster and more reliably for these links.

2e53a317f1 minor fix 
disabled the auto-click on adbypass.eu because if I also put the alert popup to say the button was clicked, it stops the script in chromium
