65c50aba9c add commented-out option to bypass ad-maven with bypass.city 
Not really switching now because at the moment, adbypass.eu seems to work faster and more reliably for these links.

2e53a317f1 minor fix 
disabled the auto-click on adbypass.eu because if I also put the alert popup to say the button was clicked, it stops the script in chromium

also improved the python script for adding stuff from the extra bypasses so now it also passes the @grant values
